Assurified, Inc. (referred to herein as “Assurified,” “we,” “us” and “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and share your personal information, and the choices that are available to you with respect to your personal information. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to the services we provide both offline and online as “Services”. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

• Part One of this Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect in our role as a “data controller,” including whenever you – in your role as an employee, principal, or agent of a Assurified enterprise customer or as a visitor to one or more of our websites, including www.assurified.com or any other sites owned and operated by Assurified (collectively, the “Sites”) – interact with us, whether those interactions are online (e.g., when you use our Sites or our mobile or browser-based applications (collectively, the “Apps”) or interact with us via email) or offline (e.g., when you communicate with our sales or customer service teams via the phone or postal mail). Part One does not apply to personal information processed by Assurified in our role as a service provider (or “data processor”), which is addressed in Part Two.
• Part Two of this Privacy Policy applies to the personal information that is provided to Assurified by or on behalf of our enterprise customers or is generated as a result of our processing of such information, in each case in our role as a service provider, including, for example, personal information of renters or tenants of our enterprise customers’ properties, or properties that are managed by our enterprise customers.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically, and in such a case we will revise the date at the top of this Privacy Policy accordingly. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective at the time they are published and your continued use of our Services after publication will constitute acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time. Additionally, this Privacy Policy may be supplemented or amended from time to time by other notices posted elsewhere, including on our Sites, Apps, or in our published materials.

PART ONE

1. Personal Information We Collect
   
   The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, and may include:
• Device Information:  When you visit our Sites, use our Apps, interact with our digital advertisements, or open our emails, we may learn information about your browser or device (e.g., name or type, version, settings, etc.), IP address, unique online identifiers (e.g., MAC address, mobile device identifiers, etc.), internet service provider, the name and version of your operating system, referring and exit pages, and the date and time of your visit.
• Usage Data: We collect internet or other electronic network activity information about your interactions with our Sites, Apps, digital advertisements, and emails, including the pages you visit, links or buttons you click, the search terms you enter, and other similar interactions with our Sites, Apps, emails, or digital advertisements.
• Location Data: When you visit our Sites, use our Apps, interact with our digital advertisements, or open our emails, we may learn your non-precise geographic location, including by collecting your IP address or other device information.
• Contact Information: We may collect your business contact information, including identifiers such as your first and last name and job title, your employer’s name and postal address, and your telephone number, and email address.
• Call records, email records, and chat logs: If you call, email, or use any “chat” feature of our Sites or Apps to contact our sales or customer service representatives (or other agents or representatives of Assurified), we may keep records of those conversations including any information you have provided to us in connection with such conversation.
• Assurified Account Credentials: If you register an account with Assurified, we collect your account credentials, including your account log-in (an email address) and password.
• Inferences: We may draw inferences about any of the information above that may relate to your preferences, characteristics, or other matters.
  
  

2. How We Collect Your Personal Information
   
   We may collect the information described above from various sources, including directly from you, from third parties we partner with, and through cookies or other automated means.
• Directly from You: We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us, including when you contact us with questions or comments via email, phone or postal mail; create a Assurified account; respond to a survey; select or update your email preferences; or fill out and submit any webforms via our Sites or Apps.
• Automatically from Your Device or Browser: Certain information (e.g., Device Information and Usage Information) is automatically collected from your device or browser when you visit our Sites and Apps, open our emails, or interact with our digital advertisements.
• From Third Parties: Third parties, including analytics companies, advertising and marketing companies, email service providers, customer database service providers, companies that assist with the operation and functionality of our Sites, Apps, and our business more generally, etc., may share information they have collected from or about you with us.
• Using Cookies: Assurified uses cookies (small files stored on your device or browser), pixel tags (tiny graphic images embedded in a website or email), and other similar technologies to automatically collect information when you visit our Sites and Apps or interact with our emails or digital advertisements, including, for example, Device Information, Usage Data, and Location Data. Through the use of cookies and similar technologies, we may link information about your interactions with our Site, Apps, emails, or digital advertisements over time, for example, which pages you visit, which links or buttons you click, and how long you stay on each page.

  We may also contract with third-party marketing or analytics companies. These third-party companies may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Site, emails and digital advertisements, and interactions with other websites, and may use and share the information gathered to deliver ads more tailored to your interests. We receive aggregate information from these third parties to understand our advertising effectiveness and to understand the operation, functionality and use of the Sites. 3. How We Use Your Personal Information
   
   How we use the personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us, and may include:
• Understanding Our Customers: Analyzing your activity with us (including your interactions with our Sites, Apps, emails, digital advertisements, or other forms of communication). We keep track of the pages you visit and the manner in which you use the Sites and Apps in order to determine whether to make changes to our Services and the Sites and Apps. We may, from time to time, review your information and information of other users to help us analyze trends, patterns and preferences, and demographics.
• Communications: Communicating with you, including responding to your customer service requests and inquiries and asking for feedback through surveys or other messages.
• Assurified Accounts: Operating Assurified accounts, including by making certain Services available to Assurified account users.
• Advertising and Marketing: Advertising and marketing our products and Services online, via email and direct mail, and using other communication channels, including through partnerships with social media platforms and internet search engines.
• Security: Protecting Assurified and our customers from fraud, security threats, and other illegal or harmful activity. We and our third-party partners and service providers may disclose specific individual information if we or they reasonably believe it is necessary to: (i) investigate any suspected misuse of the Sites or Apps; (ii) protect or defend the rights, property, and interests of Assurified, our employees, our customers, or the interests of our third-party partners or service providers; or (iii) protect the personal safety of our employees, users of the Sites and Apps, or the public.
• Legal Obligations: Complying with legal and regulatory requirements and responding to requests from courts or other government bodies.

4. How We Share Personal Information with Third Parties
   
   We may share information with third parties for certain purposes. For example, we may share information with:
• Service Providers and Business Partners: We partner with third-party service providers and other business partners to assist with many aspects of our business, including payment processing, analyzing your interests and activity on our Sites and Apps, advertising and marketing services, providing certain functionalities on our Sites and Apps, helping us communicate with our customers, and operating our business more generally (both online and offline).
• Assurified Affiliates or Successors:  We may disclose certain personal information to our affiliates for our affiliates’ use. Your information may also be transferred to another entity that succeeds to all or part of Assurified business in connection with a sale, reorganization, consolidation, or merger.
• Other Third Parties: We will disclose information about you to other third parties at your direction or with your consent. We will also disclose information about you, including to government bodies or law enforcement agencies, when we believe it to be necessary for compliance with the law or to protect Assurified, our customers, our employees, or the public more generally.
  
  

5. Your Privacy Choices
   
   You can control the information we collect and use in the following ways:
• Emails: You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of such email.
• Cookies: You can configure your browser so that it will not accept third-party cookies by following your browser’s instructions. If you do not permit your browser to accept cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the Sites and Apps.
• User Requests: You can contact us at any time using the contact information in section 11 below to request we do any of the following: (i) erase or delete all or some of your personal information; (ii) change, update, or correct your personal information; (iii) restrict how we use all or some of your personal information; (iv) access your personal information and, where applicable and feasible, request to receive that personal information in a commonly used electronic format (or ask for this information to be provided in that format to a third party); or (v) disclose what personal information we collect, use, or disclose. You may also request that we stop sharing your personal information with third parties for certain purposes. We will consider and respond to any such requests promptly, and otherwise in accordance with applicable laws.]

6. Children
   
   We do not knowingly or purposefully request or collect personal information from any person under the age of 13 years old. If you believe that your child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to Assurified, please contact us at privacy@assurified.com.
   
   

7. Security
   
   We use physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to deter unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure of your personal information, which are explained in more detail on our Data Security Fact Sheet page. We instruct our employees that information must be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and any misuse of your personal information by employees may be subject to disciplinary action. Although we use these measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the internet or stored in our databases. Your transmissions are, therefore, at your own risk. You can help protect your information by selecting strong, unique passwords for your Assurified Account and any associated email addresses.
   
   

8. Retention
   
   We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies or other content on Third-Party Sites.
